Bushings
Suspension bushings are some of the most highly stressed components of a vehicle. They provide movement and work as the joints between the frame and arms, struts and shock absorbers. Therefore, suspension bushings are able to affect the driving stability, ride quality, grip of traction, efficiency of the brakes and lifetime of tires. Once these bushings are worn, the vehicle will become unpredictable and unsafe. More info

Different bushings
Everyone that has looked into changing the bushings of their car has noticed that there is wide variety of its sort, such as rubber bushings, Pillow-ball bushings and Polyurethane bushings, also known as PU bushings and others. What are the main characteristics of the different types that Hardrace offers?
Harden rubber bushings
Harden rubber bushings are as the name itself already reveals, a harden variant of rubber bushings. They are stiffer compared to the standard rubber bushings (OE), making them an upgrade to the stock rubber bushings. These hyper bushings offer a great balance of hardness and flexibility giving you a better feeling without adding road noise or sacrificing too much comfort. Another big plus for these bushings is their servicing as they do not require any. Unlike Polyurethane bushings they do not require greasing during installation, nor do they require regular greasing during their lifespan. They are the perfect choice for any street driven car, even the ones that occasionally see a track day.
Pillow ball bushings
Pillow ball bushings, also known as uniball- or spherical bushings are in fact bushings with a metal joint. They are solid metal bearings that have very little to no play at all. They eliminate unwanted deflections and keeps your suspension alignment as tight as possible giving you precise control and solid feeling over your suspension making them the ideal choice for race cars.
